Materials Used

Most of the fabric that I use is hand painted or overpainted quality cotton.  I often embellish the quilts with a variety of materials:  beads, sheer fabrics, shells, ceramic pieces, bamboo and stenciled paint.  This adds dimension and interest and originality to my work.  The intent is to hang the art quilts as you would a painting.
